100 pairs of outdoor shoes for the poorest of our children
Our school children in Rwanda, all of them from precarious backgrounds, walk long distances to get to school. It takes up to two hours each morning and evening, often over rough terrain. Good shoes would definitely make a difference.
Nicloa Holder, a shoe retailer in Korneuburg (MumSell), had a quick look through her stock and was able to provide us with 100 pairs of unworn outdoor shoes from past collections in sizes 32 to 37. We are now steadily bringing the shoes to Rwanda. This will make it a little easier for our children to get to school.
A big thank you goes out to Nicola Holder!
