Animalistic things from (the world of) literature and music

An entertaining benefit evening will give children in Rwanda a bright future. Dr. Heinz Heistinger, veterinarian and literary expert, will entertain us with surprisingly profound “animal” texts.

  • Friday, December 5, 7:00 PM (Doors open at 6:30 PM)
  • Festsaal of the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna
  • €25 entrance fee donation

Heinz Heistinger has been working as a veterinarian for thirty years and runs a practice in Lilienfeld, Lower Austria, with his wife and colleague Karin. In addition to their shared passion for the animal world, the two share a passion for literature and the joy of reading (aloud) together. For some time now, Heistinger has been reading publicly, accompanied by musicians who help him combine sound and text. Because:

“…of all the worlds created by man, that of books is the most powerful.” (Heinrich Heine)

Enjoy an unforgettable evening with us and do good! We look forward to seeing you.
